SHIPPING AND RETURNS
For domestic customers, we offer two different shipping methods depending on your order:
Regular Post: This is for orders of small items such as greeting cards and gift tags. If this postage option is available for your order, you will have the ability to select it at checkout if you wish. Regular post is $5 but please note, it does not include tracking and will be delivered to your post box.
Standard Shipping: This option is available for all orders, including those over the weight/size limit for regular post. Standard shipping is $10 and includes tracking and will be delivered to your door.
We also offer shipping for international customers as well:
Economy Air: $20 (no tracking or signature on delivery).
Standard International Shipping: $30 (includes tracking, no signature on delivery).
Please allow 5 business days for your order to be processed, however all orders will be processed in the shortest amount of time possible.
We use Australia Post for all shipping.
